Hi there, I’m Chelssea an NTP with a passion for helping others achieve their health goals. My journey in nutrition began after experiencing my own health struggles and realizing firsthand the powerful impact that food and lifestyle can have on our bodies and minds.

 

I work with women who are tired of hearing everything is “normal” yet they still don’t feel great. We work towards getting to the root cause of your health concerns including digestive discomfort, leaky gut, headaches, food sensitivities, blood sugar swings, and chronic fatigue,acne, etc.
