- 1.5 lbs chicken breast, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 diced tomato
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tbsp fajita seasoning
Instructions:
Toss everything together (except the tomatoes), roast at 400°F for 25 minutes, add the tomato. Serve with lettuce wraps or tortillas. This is an easy recipe to customize, feel free to add olives or an avocado.
